Your 3D laser crystal image can only be as good as the image(s) you upload, higher resolution images will produce the best results. We recommend fairly close up head-shots with the subjects facing in the general direction of the camera. We have found that the suggested crystal size to people ratio suggested on the Shop page achieves the highest quality 3D images;
Small Crystal Portrait - 1 Person
Small Crystal Landscape - 1 or 2 Persons
Large Crystal Portrait - 1 or 3 Persons
Large Crystal Landscape - 1,2,3 or 4 Persons
If we think your crystal would look better in a different aspect (Portrait/Landscape) to the one you have chosen, we will contact you to advise.
We have found that close up head shots of your pets work best (Cats/Dogs).
